I am a self confessed happily obsessed angler. I have been fishing around the shoreline of the island of Jersey for more than 40 years and have kept a fishing diary recording every session since 1989. I thought it might be nice to share some of my exploits to the few people who might be interested as well as sharing some of my favourite memories of past sessions. I made a conscious decision a long time ago to try and target as many species as possible; we are blessed with an extremely diverse fishery so why put all your eggs in one basket. To do this I targeted the Jersey Specimen list and to date have managed to tick off 34 species.
